Paul Pogba, Neymar JR and Juventus legend Gianluigi Buffon are all absent from the 2016 FIFA FIFPro World 11 and five Real Madrid players are part of FIFA FIFPro World 11. Manchester United and France star Pogba became the most expensive footballer in history last summer transfer windwo following his €100 million move from Juventus, but sources in Switzerland have revealed that Pogba missed out on the XI by just two votes.
The best line up of 2016 FIFA FIFPro World 11 will be revealed in full at The Best FIFA Football Awards in Zurich on Monday evening the ceremony at which Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to be named FIFA World Player of the Year although Lionel Messi and Antoione Greizmann are in podium.
FIFPro is the worldwide representative organisation for all professional footballers around globe. A total of 26,516 players from 69 differnet countries voted for the FIFA FIFPro 11 which is just 14 short of last 2015 record amount of 26,530 votes.
Cristiano Ronaldo forms part of the FIFA FIFPro 11 along with his teammates Sergio Ramos, Luka Modric, Marcelo and Toni Kroos.Messi and Griezmann will be vying for the FIFA crown as they were in the Ballon d’Or ceremony and also they are part of FIFA FIFPro 11 but still not kown the names of the goalkeeper, the two defenders that accompany Sergio Ramos and Marcelo and the third midfielder player.
